The Historic La Crosse Trolley Tour has something for all ages to enjoy!

The trip begins downtown at the Convention Bureau in Riverside Park. Enjoy the scenery of La Crosse and relax on the air-conditioned trolley. The bright red trolley is a nostalgic re-creation of the types of vehicles you woudld have found traveling the streets of La Crosse in days gone by.

This fully narrated trip lasts approximately 1.5 hours and travels by some of La Crosse's most distinguished historic neighborhoods and establishments. Your tour guide is provided by the La Crosse County Historical Society. Step back in time on the Historic La Crosse Trolley Tour!

Tour Times:

1:00PM - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
11:00AM & 1:00PM - Friday and Saturday
(Tours run June 10 - Aug. 31, 2008)

Admission:

$7.00 adults; $5.00 seniors and youth; children 5-years-old and younger ride free. Please call for group information (a deposit may be required).

Where to Board:

Tour begins at the Convention Bureau in Riverside Park.

Reservations:

Reservations are recommended! Trolley capacity is 25 passengers maximum and 5 passengers minimum. The Trolley is air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible. Please call the Municipal Transit Utility (MTU) at (608) 789-7350 to reserve your seat! Reservations can also be made online.

Riverboat Stops:

The Historic La Crosse Trolley Tour will not offer a complete tour when the riverboat is docked on the following dates:

   ◊ Thursday, July 10
   ◊ Thurusday, July 24
   ◊ Thursday, August 7
   ◊ Thursday, August 21

Instead, the Trolley will offer an abbreviated 20-minute tour of downtown La Crosse.
